Wacom’s New USB-Tablet Bamboo

Wacom Bamboo

Here’s Bamboo, Wacom’s newest consumer-level and USB-connected tablet featuring a new method for handwriting recognition and inking, high resolution (2540 dpi), touch-sensitive rings for zoom/scroll, four customizable ExpressKeys and a surface that supposedly feels like paper.

Wacom Bamboo is Mac OS X and Windows Vista/XP-friendly, the writing/doodling area is pressure sensitive and sized like a widescreen A6 paper and it’ll cost you about £69.99 / $138.00 when it starts shipping in May.
