Vintage 70s Commodore LED Watch

Vintage Commodore LED Watch

Before Commodore got world famous for products like the VIC-20, C64 and the Amiga series of computers they were known as CBM (Commodore Business Machines) and produced other interesting electronics. Here’s one of their vintage LED watches from 1975 available in never-worn mint condition and featuring a stainless steel band with “laser sharp” digits.

    VIC-64, huh? :)

Sorry, my bad. Commodore called it VIC-64 at first here in Sweden, probably a way to show people what a tremendous upgrade from VIC-20 it was. They switched to “C64″ later but for me the VIC-64 is the old “bread-box” type of C64 and the C64 is the later and sleeker Amiga/C128-ish looking model (which really is called 64C, if I remember correctly).

I removed the VIC- part, can’t confuse all the non-Swedes out there. :)
