Steem is a free Atari STE emulator available for Windows and Linux and apparently it runs almost every ST program ever made without hassle.

This could be worth a download for anyone looking for a bit of nostalgia through games, demoscene productions, midi apps… the only thing missing would be the dear old floppy drive noise.
