Replug saves your headphone jack

Replug

I really wish I had one of these the other week when I got tangled up in my headphones’ cord and walked away from the desk, resulting in a nicely bent headphone jack. The Replug is a 3.5mm adapter that works like the magnetic power connector on newer Macs. Just have it connected in between your headphones and your computer and you’ll never have to worry about accidentally damaging the jack - it’ll just disconnect when pulled.

The Replugs are made in black and white and will be available sometime during fall 2007, price not known yet.

Smart, and it protects the laptop as well. My desk is glossy and my laptop slides if I pull the headphone cord.

Yeah, I know what you mean. The magnetic power connector on my Mac has saved it from falling several times.

I just need to know how you took the headphone broken piece from inside your laptop.
Yes, it happened to me.
