iPhone got free publicity worth $400 million

You just got to hand it to Steve Jobs and the Apple marketing machine. Who on this earth could possibly have missed the launch of their iPhone? How much of that PR did Apple actually have to pay for? Not much, says Harvard Business School professor David Yoffie, according to him iPhone got free publicity worth $400 million. Now that’s impressive.
