Nixon, one of my all-time fav makers of watches, just launched the RPM Over-Ear DJ Headphones available in white, black/silver and black/gold. These phones come with 40mm drivers tuned for DJ monitoring, articulating joints, gel filled ear cushions and an interlocking 2m coiled cable as well as an additional iPhone compatible cable (1.3m and braided) with a remote and microphone if you want to use it while commuting instead. Marshall Headphones just announced a nice addition to their line of headphones, the Major White (it’s available in black too if that’s more you). The exterior of the headband is made out of the same vinyl used in Marshall’s classic amplifiers and sports the original Marshall texture, of course.

Other features include a standard 3.5mm plug, mic and remote and a fully collapsible construction.

New York-based fashion design company Nooka has revamped their Zub Zoo watch, dubbing the new one Zub 40. I’m not a big fan of headsets, but the Nokia J Bluetooth Headset sure looks good. Besides the shiny, curved, stainless steel housing it sports a clip to carry it in (yeah, wearing a headset all the time just to look like you’re expecting important calls isn’t impressing anyone) which automatically turns the headset on/off when used to preserve battery time. Also, you get DSP noise reduction, automatic echo cancellation (AEC), automatic volume control that adjusts to your surroundings and two sets of small, medium and large earpieces. As for the battery you get up to 3 months of standby time and 5 hours of talk time.

The Nokia J is compatible with any phone supporting Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, Headset Profile 1.1 and Handsfree Profile (HFP) 1.5.

I wrote about the designed-in-Sweden stainless steel Nocs NS800 earphones the other day and here’s Nocs NS200HTC fresh from the oven. The iPod / iPhone compatible NS200 model (featuring the same aluminum housings, kevlar reinforced cables, mic and remote) has been around a while, but the NS200HTC is designed to be fully compatible with HTC Android phones (pause/resume playback works on HTC Windows 7 phones).

The HTC version will be launched in a couple of weeks, but if you’re an iPod or iPhone user you can get that model at Amazon right now.

Creative just launched the ZEN Style M300 MP3 player, offering a nice alternative to the iPad Nano. Besides supporting Bluetooth headphones, MP3 playing and FM-radio it’ll play videos on its 1.45" screen as well.

The ZEN Style M300 is available with white, black and yellow details and in 4GB, 8GB and 16GB sizes, costing you from $40 to $80 depending on storage size.

Here’s Fossil Meta Watches, two Bluetooth-equipped timepieces available with both analog and digital faces. The analog one sports two 16×80 white OLED displays while the digital one has a 96×96 reflective display. The thing about these is that Fossil offers an SDK/API to allow programmers to change and customize the functionality and send data to them wirelessly. Might not be something for casual Joe but it’s a nice effort nevertheless.

Other features include accelerometer, 3ATM water resistance, ambient light sensor, rechargeable batteries and stainless steel cases with leather straps.
