If you’re out to win the local megapixel war I’d advice you to check out Casio Exilim Z1200. A slim camera featuring 12 megapixels, a 2.8" LCD display, 3x optical zoom and a bunch of different modes including an eBay mode that optimizes your photos for eBay use (which in turn might not be the most optimized way to use a 12 megapixel camera…) and face detection with motion tracking that enables the camera to find the subject’s face and keep it in focus if it starts to move around.
The Z1200 will start shipping in July to an estimated price of $399.
